Does it not stand to reason that if the “voice out of the heavens” declared God was well pleased with Jesus before He ever started His ministry (see Matthew 3:17) that Jesus lived His life up to that point by the Spirit?

Everything Jesus saw, knew, said and did while on earth was made possible by His relationship with the Holy Spirit

The more David saw God’s glory and majesty and goodness and greatness the more he wanted everyone on the planet to see it and experience it. And he apparently had faith that that could happen.
